What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, direct deposit and personal cheques.  Credit card payments are processed through PayPal.  You do not need to be a PayPal member in order to use PayPal's credit card payment service.  We do not retain any credit card details.

When will my order ship?

For in-stock items, your order will ship within one business day of receipt of cleared funds.  If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will ship your entire order once we receive the out-of-stock item(s).  Generally, out-of-stock items come into stock within 3-4 working days, however some items may take longer.

The checkout process told me that some of my items are out of stock.  When can I expect these?

We generally keep stock of our most popular items only, so you may find that some or all of your order is considered "out of stock".  Most titles are generally available from our supplier within 3-4 working days, so you can expect that your order will be shipped within 5 working days.  Unless requested otherwise, we will wait until all items are in stock, and ship your order in its entirety.  Should you require part-shipment of your order, please click here to contact us.  Additional freight charges will apply for part-shipments.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders of in-stock items typically ship within 1 working day of receipt of payment.  This table can be used as an estimate of delivery lead times.  Please note that delivery times can vary slightly, especially at peak times of year.

Can I order an item before it has been released?

YES!  This is known as pre-ordering.  For new items, especially titles with "collectors editions", pre-ordering is the best way to ensure you receive it the day it is released for general sale.  Supply of "collectors editions" is very limited, so make sure you pre-order to avoid disappointment.  Pre-orders will be shipped once they become available, on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you have more than one item on pre-order, these items will be shipped individually as they become available, unless all the pre-ordered items become available on the same day (in which case they will be sent together in one shipment).  Additional freight charges apply for additional shipments.

A note about pre-orders:

Prices and dates for pre-ordered items are estimates only.  These are based on information given to us by our suppliers and the game publishers.  It is not uncommon for release dates to change, or for prices to vary slightly.  Should there be a variation in price or release date, we will advise you accordingly.

Can I modify an order once it has been placed?
